What theories/models do you use to the most in your day-to-day life?

I dont know any formal psychological theories or models. I don't keep track of any particular anything I organize my life with. That's probably my problem.

There was one model I understood a whole back which kick-started my discoveries of nutrition and self manipulation.

The idea that there are 3 to 5 tries to the brain. I had only known about, reactive, emotional and thinking. From there I started controlling my thoughts reactions and emotions separately from each other, played with different combinations like those childhood games where you flip the clothes.

From there I studied nutritious manipulations and payed attention to the differences of harmonics and words.

It's all very dumb. More of a game than reality. It earned me $0.
