Hi, I have been playing some concentration games, have you ever tried them?

Hello, I don't know if meditation will help you or not. Because, during my years of anxiety and depression the best thing that helped me was Reiki therapy that I got from the Psych Associates of Maryland. However, it doesn't mean that it won't work for you, right? So here's what I have to say about meditation:

Meditation is mainly a kind of relaxation, thus you should perform it whenever you want. Choose a time when you will not be interrupted and will be able to relax and enjoy yourself. Sunrise and sunset are also good times for meditation. These are also the hours when there is a serene calm at home, which will make it easier for you to meditate.
When you're getting close to the finish of the meditation, don't rush to open your eyes or move your body. Gradually open your eyes and become aware of yourself and your surroundings. Then slowly move your body, and you're good to go for the day!

I think I am right with cutting off strategy with asking in my text. However i dont have feeling for it. I am too slow and it makes me very nervous. Without any prediction i cabt say anything about meditation. Some people just dont want to have too many objects.

After t4 which is around 13 or 14 monthes if you count precise, then people after spending time with one object have feeling for if they like to meditate or not. In mycase its obviously not. Thats why i have only listening. If i do more objects with time which might be around 40 years, I will get more tensed and i will feel it. You dont change that much in life. Of course in some cases it can be that you start to enjoy meditation later in life. I dont know how to deal with this

There is autogenes training which in the form without personal goals is blurry on the link. How people would understand it, do by feeling. I take my version time by feeling for mantras, then if you do it life then from 4*4*7 people for 1 it will be better without autogenes training. If you take not lifelong but do it by feeling, then for 4*4*4*4*4 for 1 at least its not clear and more exact is better. Then there are cut off rules i would suggest. The idea i have is to have a life plan
