I am not sure if we are in same page... Science says for example heavy metal, like it is used to produce spoon or computer parts was made by exploiding stars like sun. Would you say if you wacth fireworks some emotion, feeling happens in you, and if you are looking the spoon like 100000000x more of the same emotion ? Intelect make you go Just so far... And then are more... Stone age was using intelect primarly and we are still in same principle mode.... We Just survive better with more luxuries... Better stone age. Dont be sonmuch in Love with time of reason, we are still half alive Mans... Because we want to survive, not expirience Life in more deeper level.
These are general time frames used to describe periods in the history of mankind. Yes, there were cities, tools, and language, but there were also very widespread superstitions and we had not learned rational and logical thought patterns (at least they were not very widespread) We currently live in an era described as the age of reason, where we use scientific experiments and logical reasoning to explain our surroundings. With the advent of social media it may seem that we are digressing back into an era of popular belief makes something right (as when the majority of the people believed the earth was flat and orbited by the sun), but for true insights we still look to logic and reason for solutions...
Let me ask you something if you had a choice to feel better then what are you feeling right now, would you say yes ? If answer is yes please tell me who doesnt understand ? Me, your neighbour, girlfriend ?

No, I agree, we are not on the same page. I am referring to historical ages, from stone age to bronze age, to iron age, to dark ages, to medieval, to renaissance, to age of reason, to industrial age, to modern age, to post modern age. Each has its advances, its benefits, and detriments. We are currently living in the post modern age, which is still a sub age of the age of reason. In the stone age the primary tools were stone and wood, which then became wood and bronze, wood and iron, and so forth. Yes, all of the elements came from exploding stars. Not better stone age, we now use our minds as our primary tool, this computer I am working on did not come from the stone age, bronze age, nor iron age...The level at which we experience life depends upon the individual, Socrates said the unxeamined life is a life not worth living. I think most of us live somewhere in between the two extremes...

How would you create a stone age tool if not from your mind, how would you use that tool if not with your mind. Mind is always primary tool. We are just leaving in much more comfortable life then 5000 y ago but, think about we still, in age of reason as you say, dont know how to basically feel good, withouth stress but on Challenge mode. We cant manage our bodies and mind in any way better then was 10000 y ago in indian civilizations for example... We Just know more stuff, ordinary Man in today society cant even produce bliss feeling for few minutes and this is Just better stone age, we have better tools, know more how nature works in some way but we dont know us as nature in experience any better...

Sorry but the guy has a point, aside that what you are stating is a bit trivial in my opinion, because it is quite obvious, and aside that spoons are made of metal alloys, and not heavy metals per se, I really don't understand how what the guy is saying is wrong, as it's perfectly correct. There was no indian civilisation 10000 years ago, there were the Amerinds and the Indians, but not that long ago, I do understand you read conspiracy theories, but you could read something else for a change, too. Libraries and the internet are free too.

So you think a life expectancy of 20 years old is a luxury (that was the life-expectancy they had during the stone age, perhaps 30-35 years old at best)? You claim in your latest comment that you'd rather feel well, isn't that contradictory to say? I mean I've always died to join the polar bears, but choking on fresh meat isn't the best I can imagine for myself and yes I am materialistic too ;) :D Btw, I apologise for the intrusion, I am going to leave the convo now
